Fees

Registration (non returnable) Deposit On acceptance of a place in the school this sum is deducted from the final term's fees.	£120 £2,500
Fees (Which include lunch & insurance for remission of school fees in case of illness). The first term's fees are payable by cheque, and thereafter, by Direct Debit.	£5,195 per term
Extras Individual Music Lessons All Instruments. Individual lessons - on the basis of ten half hour lessons per term.	£200 per term
Group Lessons - Recorder	£90 per term
One full term's NOTICE IN WRITING must be given to the Head of Music if lessons are to be given up, or a term's fees are payable in lieu.
Clubs after school Each Club Outings - no charge	£100 per term
Examination Fees Common Entrance, Ballet, Music etc. Fees as laid down by examining boards. Stationery Books and stationery requirements are provided, but the school reserves the right to charge for extra items if the Head deems that the child requires them, e.g. atlases, dictionaries, Bibles or where books are lost. A surcharge of £50 is made for all fees remaining unpaid after the end of the first day of term. GIRLS WILL BE SUSPENDED IF FEES STILL REMAIN UNPAID. FEES PAID ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF REMOVAL OF A CHILD. A CLEAR TERM'S NOTICE, IN WRITING, MUST BE GIVEN TO THE SCHOOL BEFORE THE REMOVAL OF A CHILD, OR A TERM'S FEES ARE PAYABLE IN LIEU. All children are covered by Holmwood's School Fees Remission Insurance in case of illness.
