School Life
![]() |
Throughout a girl's time at Pembridge Hall her academic progress is closely monitored. As pupils enter the Upper school, they will be taught in "sets" appropriate to their potential. "Booster" groups exist to enable gifted and talented pupils to receive the stimulation they require. They are also available to pupils who require reinforcement of certain concepts. The Creative Arts play a major role in the life of Pembridge Hall. A large proportion of the school population study more than one musical instrument, and the choirs and various musical groups perform at regular intervals throughout the year. Pupils are also entered for grade examinations set by the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music and the Trinity Guildhall Examination Board. |

| Similarly, the annual Year 6 play is a highlight of the school calendar, as are the sporting events. The pupils participate in a wide range of sporting fixtures and swimming galas against other London Day Schools. To supplement the academic curriculum a wide and varied extra curricular activity programme is offered including orchestra, choir, yoga, drama, dancing, chess, art, cookery, "computer crazy", swimming and netball squad. The popularity of these activities is reviewed regularly, and new clubs are created as required. |
