Drama at No.18

Drama is a world without boundaries! Anything goes, and individuality is praised. The child is encouraged to flourish in her own way. We start very simply with games. They are there to assist us in getting rid of any fears and barriers. This also helps the group to bond quickly and move naturally, making our work space a safe and friendly environment. The children quickly see that Acting is 'playing' at its core level and 'reacting'.

We then swiftly move on to improvisation (which we believe to be the mother of acting) and before you know it, the girls are directing and acting in their own plays.
