School Structure

At Pembridge Hall, we provide independent education for girls from four to eleven years. Reception girls begin their time with us at 18 Pembridge Square and remain there until the end of Year 3, moving to 10 Pembridge Square for Years 4, 5 and 6.

We are a three-form entry school and the children are periodically regrouped into the three classes as they move through the school. Each class has its own class teacher and attached support staff and the girls are taught by specialist teachers for certain subjects.

The school has four phases, as follows:

  • Early Years: Reception (4-5 year olds)
  • Lower School: Years 1 and 2 (5-7 year olds)
  • Middle School: Years 3 and 4 (7-9 year olds)
  • Upper School: Years 5 and 6 (9-11 year olds)
