Celebrating the achievements of our girls in all aspects of their life at school is central to our ethos. Every Friday, the school gathers at our local church, St. Matthew’s in Bayswater, for assembly. This assembly brings the whole school community together and provides a fitting forum for marking the success of individual girls. During this assembly two distinct awards are announced and presented.
The first is the Golden Apple award which is presented to one girl in each year group. The Golden Apple recognises girls who have demonstrated kindness, consideration, enthusiasm, good manners and sheer hard work in a particular area. The second award is the Head’s Certificate which is awarded to one girl in every class; this award recognises girls specifically for their academic success and attainment.
